i m fedup w Starhub n Singtel customer service hotline... i hv ben callin 4 more than one hr le.... but the customer service officers are "ALL ENGAGED"!!! i m vey angry rite now..... i know there may b overwhelmin responses due to the attractive promotions but if there are shortage o manpower, pls hire more officers at liz some part time staff ba.....
that's not e way to treat ur customers or else it's pointless to hv this customer service hotline where u only cater for some o the customers lo...... if it's reali peak hrs.... also cant b that long lo..... for one hr lei.....
that's ridiculous.....
